Made in Campania, Italy by the skilled panettone-makers at Le Prelibatezze di Nonna Rosa. Their family-run business was founded in 1969, and continues to differentiate themselves from industrial productions by putting fresh and natural ingredients at the forefront of their creations.

Panettone is a typical and unique Italian Christmas cake, the recipe of which has been handed down from generation to generation. Grandson and chef Carmine, along with Nonna Rosa herself, have continued the tradition and incorporated flavours which are typical to the Campania region, like Strega liqueur. 

Available in Classico, Pistacchio, Cioccolato and Strega.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, butter(MILK), pasteurized egg yolk, sugar, honey, sourdough (wheat flour-water), starch modified, natural flavour, water, salt, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose, lemon juice), pistachio cream (white chocolate, natural pistachios, pistachio paste). Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids salt, icing 11% (Pistachio cream, pistachios chopped 10%).
